The rental policy of the Housing Finance Authority of Marion County (HFA), the managing agent, to fully comply with all Federal, State, and local non-discrimination laws, the Civil Rights Acts, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations governing Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.

Individuals submitting applications for rental units through the HFA, must meet all income eligibility requirements as stipulated by the regulations governing by the funding grant of the unit.
