Mr. Kurtz is a retired Banker having worked in the industry for over 40 years at numerous different positions including being a founder of 2 different DE Novo banks. Having retired several years ago he has pursued his interest in investing in commercial real estate as well investments in other related fields.

He has been involved in the Marion County community having been on the Board of many not for profits as well as Chairman of several over time including the Marion County Hospital District, Chamber of Commerce and EDC. He has in-depth experience in moderate income multi-family and single-family housing. He is a graduate of Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts and a graduate degree from University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Resident of Marion County since 1991. Been married 44 years to his wife Kay and has two daughters. Interested in travel, golf and actively reading. Been extensively active in community activity and supporting activities with housing.
